Mona combines different approaches to develop specialised therapeutic programmes in order to meet the unique needs of each individual.
This approach to professional therapy results in rapid and effective treatment for a range of disorders that affect people throughout the UK and internationally. Mona also offers sessions in Norwegian.

Mona is trained in a wide range of different psychological approaches which she applies in a customised manner to suit each individual’s personality and needs. She has worked for the NHS in the UK and also at a psychiatric clinic in a hospital in Norway treating adults with severe mental health problems.

Working with children and adolescents

Mona has many years of professional experience working with children and adolescents with a range of complex needs and demands, both in the NHS and privately. Mona is one of the few specialists effectively treating children with Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). When working with children Mona recognises the vital importance of establishing and developing a rapport to enable psychological interventions to be effective.
